It was announced at the student protest that the society-wide mass disobedience campaign, Occupy Central would commence immediatley - three whole days earlier than was previously forecast. The students and the Occupy Central supporters are protesting the slow pace of democratic reform imposed by the Chinese government on the Hong Kong people.
